In 2014, Louisa founded a non-profit dedicated to donating new beds to children in need, with a primary focus on serving the local community. She holds an MPA from Northern Kentucky University.

Allison earned her MBA in finance and has 20+ years of combined experience in Human Capital, Insurance Sales and Investment Advisory Services. She has a strong ability to align HR strategy and business objectives with a focus on attracting and retaining employees. Allison's seasoned ability to exceed goals and provide guidance in line with fiscal policies has allowed her to work with Fifth Third Bank, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, Horan Associates, Xavier University, and United Way of Cincinnati. 

Shannon brings over 15 years of experience as Director of Marketing and Business Development. She is a dynamic and results-oriented consultant with a passion for delivering impactful solutions. A natural communicator and collaborator, Shannon excels in fostering strong relationships with clients and teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Shannon is dedicated to helping businesses thrive and reach their full potential. She earned her B.S. from Eastern Kentucky University. 

Eva has 15 years in digital marketing experience and an illustrious 13-year career in direct sales. She has been an instrumental force behind some of the biggest and most successful sales teams in the country. Eva has a natural flair for building authentic connections with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive unparalleled results. Her ability to forge strong relationships has been the cornerstone of her success, earning her the trust and respect of both clients and colleagues alike. Eva holds a B.A. from Miami University.
